-Supplying and personally connecting you with any needed vendor recommendations insights and ideas

-Managing the complete set up, decorating and take down

-Unlimited phone and emails

-Service of the day up to 3 hours

$3,300 + TRAVEL

-One planning meeting with your lead coordinator one month before the wedding, to create the day of timeline and finalize all details (usually in conjunction with a venue walk through)

-Your coordinator will be the point of contact for all vendors on the day of the wedding

-Decorating and set up

-One lead coordinator on your wedding day to manage all aspects of the day between 7am and 12am, for a maximum of 12 hours.

This includes setup and tear down of personal decor and readying of rental items for return

$6,000 + TRAVEL

Let us do everything for you! All you have to do is give final approval on vendor selection and sign the contracts.

When you book Full Service Wedding Planning with Party to Go Go, we take care of everything! You get to do the fun parts, like cake tasting - while we take over the vendor communication, design work, and organization. You get to do the parts you want to and we handle the rest.

Assistant Coordinators - $300 per person. Additional coordinators are required for weddings over 100 guests. Assistants are also utilized on weddings that have extensive setup or do not have a full service caterer. The addition of coordinators is up to party to Go Go's discretion and will be finalized no later than one month before the wedding.

Travel - We have a 30 mile radius service area from the Beaverton area. Travel outside of that radius is charged at $4 per mile, per trip.

Overnight Accommodations - $300. Any venue that is a 1.5 hour or more drive from Beaverton is subject to an overnight accommodation charge at the coordinators discretion.
